At Foodiscovery we believe that the key to re-connecting people with the food they eat is knowledge. Our aim is to run workshops that get people involved again. We will put the public back in touch with the producer, where they can learn directly about the product. We will encourage you to ask questions; what are pigs fed on? How do you cure a ham? What kind of wood do you use to smoke salmon? How does cheese get its rind? The producers will answer these and many more questions; give you the benefit of their expertise and best of all, encourage you to taste their produce.
